About CPEP

Carlyle Private Equity Partners Fund (CPEP) was established to provide eligible individuals a single access point to Carlyle’s Global Private Equity (GPE) platform by participating in transactions alongside Carlyle’s established GPE funds, including buyout, growth, infrastructure and certain other investment strategies. Performance1

$26.00

Net Asset Value per Share

  1. Performance of Class A-I as of October 31, 2025.

Past performance does not predict future returns. Returns shown net of all fees and expenses.

Net Asset Value (“NAV”) is Transactional Net Asset Value (“Transactional NAV”) which adjusts net asset value as calculated under the prevailing accounting standards to remove the impact of certain accrued expenses and tax liabilities as defined in the Fund’s Memorandum. Net asset value is generally equal to the fair value of CPEP’s assets less outstanding liabilities, calculated in accordance with CPEP’s valuation policy. The calculated value of CPEP’s assets and liabilities may differ from CPEP’s actual realizable value or future value which would affect the NAV as well as any returns derived from that NAV, and ultimately the value of an investment. Return information is calculated based on NAV and will be affected should the assumptions on which NAV was determined prove to be incorrect.
